For example, if you sign up for the a 2 classes per week membership on a Wednesday, you will make your first payment on Wednesday and you can attend 2 classes anytime between Wednesday and the following Tuesday.

  • If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist, which holds 4 spots.

Going on the waitlist means you’re committed to the class if a spot opens up - so treat it like a booked class and be prepared to attend.

You can be added to the class anytime up to 1 hour before start time, and you’ll be notified by text.

Can’t attend? Please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.

If you’re on the waitlist for an early morning class and you don’t plan on setting an alarm to wake up and check, please remove yourself the night before.

One hour before class, the waitlist cuts off and no more automatic additions occur (because you may not have enough time to make it).

If a spot opens after the cutoff, everyone on the waitlist will be notified by text, and the first to respond will get the spot!
