I founded Good Pilates with the dream of sharing my love for reformer Pilates and the benefits of group fitness with the vibrant Adelaide Hills community.
Our studio’s mission is simple: to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where every client feels supported to improve their strength, fitness, and overall well-being.
I’m deeply committed to fostering a community that inspires growth, mindful movement, and connection. Empowering clients on their journey to a happier, healthier, and more balanced life is what fills up my cup - after my oat latte! So, creating my own studio was a natural step.
With my experience in pilates, a background in physiotherapy, and genuine care for every individual who walks through the doors, I’m confident you’ll get exactly what you need from your time in the studio.
