Good As New – Beginner
New? Start here! This class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals in a simple, educational, and supportive environment.
You'll learn how to use the reformer while mastering the basics of Pilates.
This class is perfect for building your confidence, delivering a great workout, and leaving you feeling as good as new!

Good Times – Open
This is our signature, feel-good, flowy all-rounder good class. If you’ve dabbled in reformer before, this class allows you to build on the basics. You’ll leave feeling empowered, challenged, and energised.
This full-body workout offers a variety of layers and progressions, allowing you to choose your challenge and move in a way that feels just right for you - good vibes guaranteed!

Good Challenge – Intermediate
For those familiar with the reformer and looking to push their limits, our Intermediate class is for you! Expect a dynamic, fast-paced, and intense workout that will have you breaking a sweat!
This full-body session blends stability, strength, cardio, and core exercises for a well-rounded challenge. With both intermediate and advanced options, it's important to be generally injury free and know your way around the reformer before jumping into this class.
Get ready for an all-around challenge that’s guaranteed to leave you feeling accomplished!

Good Baby – Mums, Dads & Bubs
A welcoming space for new parents to enjoy a class while bringing their little ones along. This class is specifically designed for mums and dads to get their Pilates fix with bub in tow.
With a cap of 6 attendees, you'll receive extra attention, and we can ensure plenty of room for prams, carriers, and good bubs.
*Babies allowed up to 6 months.
Pre and Postnatal Pilates
We love supporting new mums and mums-to-be!
Our beginner and open classes include prenatal friendly modifications to keep you feeling good during pregnancy. A medical clearance is required for group classes after 14 weeks, so please contact the studio before booking.
*Email studio@goodpilates.com.au for our ‘prenatal authorisation form’ to be completed with your GP or obstetrician before booking classes beyond 14 weeks.
For postnatal recovery, we recommend starting with out our Good Baby (mums & bubs) or Good As New beginner classes. Please wait for medical clearance from your GP or obstetrician before returning to exercise and inform your instructor so we can ensure you feel comfortable.
